Colored Grab Bars Squared Bases-for people with visual issues

Colored grab bars are a necessity when designing a bathroom for someone with low vision. High contrasts make the difference between safely being able to see the grab bars to use them and just grabbing blindly and hoping to grab something solid.
Research shows that yellow as a background helps contrasts to 'pop'. As an OT I find that there always seems to be a color people with low vision can see better than other colors. Test to see what color is best for you and yours.
Beautiful, practical vinyl-coated grab bars. This product line features the unique squared flange cover and lots of colors. Note that the availability of certain colors and lengths of these grab bars is becoming limited.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Seamless zinc-plated steel pipe body, with no junctions between straight and curved parts, 1 5/16 in. diameter
- Vinyl polyamide surface coating provides excellent grip, wet or dry
- Nylon mounting flange with multiple-hole design to mount securely on wall studs
- M12x30 stainless steel ANSI 304 fixing screws included
- Antimicrobial nylon 83x83 mm squared flange cover
- Clear space between wall and bar is 1 1/2 in. and distance of the bar away from the wall is 2 7/8 in.
- Available bar lengths: 12, 16, 18, 24, 32, 36, and 42 in., some by special order
- Available colors: White, Light blue, Light green, Light yellow, Mustard, Olive green, Blue, Dark grey, Prune, Pink, and Lilac, some by special order
